Conversion calculations

Every converter on this site runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you type in are never sent to our servers — there's simply no server-side calculation happening.

Currency converter

The one exception is the currency converter, which sends a request to a third-party exchange-rate API to fetch current rates. That request doesn't include the amount you're converting — only your browser needs that, for the calculation itself.

Analytics and advertising

Like most websites, we may use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand site usage and support the site financially. Where this involves cookies or similar technology, it's limited to what's typical for those services (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdSense) rather than anything specific to this site.
